As a Social Worker, youll have the opportunity to utilize your skills in assessment, case planning, and consultation while contributing to the well-being of clients through crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques. You'll be responsible for accurate documentation, including mental health notes and treatment plans, while maintaining strict confidentiality and adhering to all regulations and reporting standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Meet regularly with clients and caregivers to support treatment goals using culturally informed and evidence-based approaches
Work with multi-disciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans and behavioral interventions
Collaborate with agency staff, caregivers, and external professionals to create and execute individualized care plans
Build and maintain relationships with community members and service providers
Conduct client assessments and evaluations to inform care planning
Provide case planning assistance and clinical consultation to team members
Accurately document mental health notes, care plans, outcome measures, and incident reports in a timely manner
Be available for crisis intervention services, including on-call rotation if applicable
Participate in individual and group supervision sessions
QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED
Master's degree in Social Work/Psychology/Counseling
Registered with California BBS as: ASW, AMFT, APCC, or fully licensed
Bilingual in Spanish/English
Be part of a rotating emergency on-call system, scheduled with supervisor ahead of time
Must be at least 21 years of age
Valid drivers license, clean driving record, and insurability through Seneca Family of Agencies' insurance policy
TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirements
PREFERRED
Experience working with children in out-of-home care
Ability to work as a team player, with diverse population and demonstrates cultural competency
SCHEDULE
Full-time; Monday - Friday, 8 hour shifts
Flexible schedule with the ability to work some evening hours as needed
Be part of a rotating emergency on-call system, scheduled ahead of time with supervisor
Hybrid; provide in-person services & complete documentation remotely
BENEFITS
Starting at $93,969 - $107,969 per year, commensurate with experience
Additional $4000 salary increase for BBS licensure

Stipends provided to staff members participating in the emergency on-call shifts
