This is a direct hire position open to candidates throughout Indiana.
- Meet with clients regularly, at least once a month, based on individual cases.
- Provide Adoption & Guardianship Support Services as assigned.
- Assist families in treatment planning and help clients develop skills such as parenting, communication, problem-solving, and personal responsibility.
- Coordinate educational, vocational, recreational, and other services for clients.
- Support clients during court appearances and provide emergency/crisis consultation 24/7.
- Maintain accurate client documentation and a working vehicle with a legal driving record.
- Complete required training, demonstrate cultural sensitivity, and attain CPR & First Aid certifications.
- Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or related field, 18+ months experience in adoption/guardianship or child welfare, and at least 2 years in social work.
