We are seeking a dynamic Network Real Estate Specialist to lead real estate initiatives supporting our Telecommunications Macro New Build program in the Central Texas market. This role offers the opportunity to drive strategic site acquisition and project completion in a fast-paced telecommunications environment.

Network Real Estate Specialist Responsibilities

" Drive project completion and site acquisition for telecommunications infrastructure development " Oversee vendor performance and manage A&E partner relationships for successful project delivery " Ensure compliance with all leasing, zoning/permitting, environmental, and regulatory policies " Manage project budgets and maintain accurate project tracking systems " Conduct deployment calls with vendors, third parties, and project teams " Perform due diligence and negotiate leases or lease amendments " Manage workflow forecasts and obtain governmental approvals and permits " Handle purchase order management and coordinate with multiple internal teams " Maintain clear communication on project status across all stakeholders

Network Real Estate Specialist Qualifications

Required: " 5-7 years of experience in real estate, telecommunications, or project management " Strong background in site acquisition and real estate negotiations " Experience with vendor oversight and third-party relationship management " Proficiency in multiple project management and tracking systems " Knowledge of zoning, permitting, and regulatory compliance processes " Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred: " Network Real Estate Specialist experience in telecommunications industry " Background in macro site development or wireless infrastructure " Central Texas market knowledge " Self-motivated with ability to prioritize multiple competing projects " Detail-oriented approach with fast learning capabilities
