Hybrid Financial Representative

Pay: 18.00 - 21.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Location: Harrisburg, PA 17101— Hybrid (2 days onsite/week; 3 days remote/week)


Hybrid Financial Representative Summary: Support financial and operational work for the Medical Assistance Program. Assist with procurement activities, contract monitoring, and budget oversight. Gather/organize long-term care program info for leadership and support project implementation.


Hybrid Financial Representative Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (combination of education + experience considered)
  • At least 6 months of experience with...
    • Contract/bid language
    • Contract invoice review
    • Budgeting/budget analysis
    • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
    • Survey tools/techniques
    • Research/online research
    • Government human services operations
    • Troubleshooting/problem-solving
