Title: Workday Adaptive Financial Analyst - HYBRID
Salary: $70,000–$95,000 Base + 10% Bonus (flexibility for the right candidate)

Key Responsibilities for the Workday Adaptive Financial Analyst:



  • Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models within Workday Adaptive Planning

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes

  • Analyze multiple business drivers and model complex financial scenarios

  • Partner with finance and business leaders to deliver actionable insights

  • Improve reporting processes, planning tools, and automation initiatives

  • Assist in building scalable FP&A processes and best practices


Qualifications for the Workday Adaptive Financial Analyst:



  • 1–6 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or a related field

  • Advanced experience with Workday Adaptive Planning

  • Proven ability to manage complex financial models with multiple drivers and variables

  • Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis in a dynamic environment
