Overview: This hybrid field role blends in-person residential selling with outreach to small businesses. Representatives work routed warm/hot demand alongside structured neighborhood and SMB prospecting, following a discovery demo close workflow and maintaining same‑day activity logging in the CRM.
- Work routed warm/hot leads and augment with mapped residential blocks and targeted small-business outreach.
- Engage homeowners and business owners with concise discovery conversations, perform on‑site demos, and close either in person or virtually.
- Track daily field KPIs: doors/visits, conversations, demos, closes, and installations/activations.
- Log all activity and next steps in the CRM on the same day; manage a pipeline with approximately 3× coverage.
- Coordinate installations/activations and confirm customer next steps to reduce churn.
- Provide regular field feedback to refine scripts, targeting, and zone planning.

- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Field sales experience preferred but not required for resilient, coachable candidates.
Compensation:
- $1,000/month retainer plus uncapped commission structure.
- Weekly and monthly performance bonuses.
- Typical OTE: $40,000–$85,000+ annually, depending on territory and performance.
