Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Insight Global is hiring multiple full-time Electrical Engineers to join a top-tier, full-service EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) firm that partners with industrial clients to deliver high-impact engineering and construction solutions. Following the award of three major projects and anticipating continued growth, the firm is expanding its Electrical Engineering department. In this role, youll primarily use AutoCAD and Revit to support large-scale industrial facility projectsmost of which are greenfield developments, with some involving retrofits or upgrades to existing sites.
As an Electrical Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
Leading and guiding electrical designers
Coordinating directly with clients to understand and meet project needs
Designing power distribution, lighting, and grounding systems
Participating in client meetings and overseeing design execution for power system facilities
Design/installation of medium & low-voltage distribution equipment, with experience in consulting engineering and construction
This is a hybrid position, offering remote flexibility with 23 days per week onsite at one of the following locations:

Kansas City, MO
Birmingham, AL
Mobile, AL
Salt Lake City, UT

Skills and Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications:
8+ years of Electrical Engineering Experience (Power Systems, Routing, Swtichgear, Medium Voltage Design)
A high level of competency in AutoCAD & Revit is required.
Draw single line diagrams (SLD), elementary diagrams (ED), power distribution diagrams, grounding diagrams, lighting drawing, logic diagrams, network architecture diagrams, function diagrams, and other drawings using AutoCAD and other CAD software.
Strong knowledge of applicable codes and standards (NEC, ANSI, NEMA, NFPA) Nice-to-Haves:
