Tekberry is seeking a Customer Care Representative to support order management and customer communications for our client, a leader in automotive logistics and technology solutions.
This is an outbound customer service role responsible for proactively contacting customers regarding order status updates, documenting communications, and ensuring customers receive timely and accurate information. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong communication skills, and confidently handle escalations and difficult conversations while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Make outbound calls and send emails to customers regarding order status updates Provide timely, accurate, and professional communication regarding customer orders Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and follow-up communications
Work from prioritized order queues and customer lists Review order information and identify updates requiring customer communication Accurately document customer interactions and status updates within internal systems
Investigate customer concerns and order-related issues Escalate unresolved issues when necessary Handle difficult customer conversations professionally and effectively
Utilize multiple internal systems to track customer activity and order updates Maintain detailed and accurate records of communications and actions taken Support team goals and service-level expectations through efficient case management
Previous customer service experience required Call center experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Ability to handle escalations and difficult customer conversations professionally Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience working in outbound call center environments Experience utilizing Microsoft Excel and Outlook Experience supporting logistics, transportation, automotive, or order management operations Experience documenting customer interactions within CRM or internal systems
This role supports customer communications and order management activities in a fast-paced operations environment. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, a sense of urgency, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
