About the Role

Airborne ABA is seeking a passionate and skilled BCBA to join our growing team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This role focuses on providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in home and school settings. You will have the autonomy to manage your caseload while receiving strong administrative and clinical support.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and update treatment strategies
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistency of care
  • Provide supervision, training, and support to RBTs and clinical staff
  • Maintain compliant documentation and uphold ethical standards

Qualifications

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
    • required for the position
  • Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
  • Strong analytical, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
