C&S has immediate openings for full-time, direct hire Hybrid Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Jefferson City. Must live within commuting distance from Jefferson City.
Salary/hours for Hybrid Customer Service Representative: $17.50/hr. + full benefit package; Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m. (No holidays or weekends); 2 days remote, 3 days in Jefferson City office
Responsibilities for Hybrid Bilingual Customer Service Representative:
- assisting participants with questions regarding claims and benefits
- relaying information regarding policies and procedures
- documenting contacts as required
- must reside within commuting distance from Jefferson City
- must be fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- must have strong, reliable internet service
- basic office and phone skills
- previous customer service experience preferred
