As a Hardware Engineering EPS Librarian in SoftGoods, you play a vital role at the very start of Apples product development chain - getting hardware into engineers hands. Youll be the backbone of our inventory and distribution operations, managing the secure movement of prototype hardware across a large, dynamic cross-functional organization. You will support shipping and receiving, as well as coordinating compliance with U.S. Customs requirements, while working closely with contract manufacturers and international vendors to keep things moving. We are the SoftGoods Project Management team, made up of Engineering Project Managers (EPM) and Engineering Project Specialists (EPS) within the Hardware Program Management organization. As you grow in the role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to supporting build activities on hardware programs. You will work closely with international suppliers on material availability and collaborate with the broader project management team on build planning and execution.
