Job Description
What You’ll Do
- Supermarket, commercial HVAC, Residential HVAC and Restaurant service, maintenance, and repair calls
- Diagnose complex system issues and provide clear, confident solutions
- Mentor junior technicians and ensure high-quality workmanship
- Communicate professionally with customers and build long-term relationships
- Perform system startups, commissioning, and equipment changeouts
- Maintain accurate job documentation, parts usage, and service notes
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and professionalism on every job
- Collaborate with management to improve processes and customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- 10-15 years HVACR field experience (Supermarket, commercial HVAC, Residential HVAC, and Restaurant preferred)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- EPA Certification (required)
- Ability to lead, train, and support other technicians
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- High personal standards for quality, integrity, and accountability
