What Success Looks Like
Picture this: You arrive on-site prepared, perform a thorough preventive maintenance service, spot a developing issue, diagnose it quickly, and complete the repair with precision. You communicate clearly with the customer, submit clean reports and invoicing, and head to your next call confident and supported.
Your Core Responsibilities
- Service and maintain HVAC systems in commercial and industrial environments
- Perform preventative maintenance across a range of facilities
- Troubleshoot issues and deliver accurate, efficient repairs
- Complete site surveys and move-out inspections with detailed documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams and keep customers informed
- Submit service tickets, reports, and invoicing promptly
- Take part in an on-call rotation approximately once per month
- Own a healthy mix of service work, preventative maintenance, and repairs
About You
- 5+ years in commercial or industrial HVAC service preferred
- Diagnostic and troubleshooting pro
- Professional, dependable, and customer-first
- Equally comfortable flying solo and teaming up
High-level residential technicians ready to transition into commercial are encouraged to apply.
