Pay: $30–$37/hour  

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HVAC professional with a strong background in commercial installations. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of commercial experience, advanced knowledge of layout, design, fabrication, and installation, and the ability to manage projects efficiently. Residential experience alone will not qualify.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, layout, and install HVAC systems in commercial settings.
  • Fabricate and fit sheet metal components with precision.
  • Perform accurate pre-construction layouts and material take-offs from blueprints.
  • Size and draw ductwork correctly to meet project specifications.
  • Maintain high standards of safety with tools, testing devices, and surroundings.
  • Train entry-level personnel and guide less experienced team members.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and maintain excellent customer relations.
  • Think critically and problem-solve on the job to ensure projects move efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC installation experience.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC layout, design, and fabrication.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints accurately.
  • Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
