Contract Details

• Position Type: Contract
• Contract Duration: 6 months
• Pay Rate: $30.00 $31.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: 6:30 AM 7:00 PM; alternating 48-hour weeks and 36-hour weeks (every other week)
• Overtime: Overtime applicable
• Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Job Summary

As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems at facilities by conducting proactive performance testing and ongoing scheduled maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to the control room as part of typical daily operations
• Perform proactive performance testing on commercial HVAC systems
• Conduct ongoing scheduled maintenance of mechanical and electrical HVAC equipment

Required Skills

• Good HVAC knowledge
• Flow control, pumps, and spouts
• Safety practices and protocols
• Basic computer skills

Preferred Skills

• Any mechanical certifications
• HVAC certification

Education Requirements

• GED or High School Diploma required

Required Experience

• 2 5 years of relevant HVAC experience

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Onsite role at a commercial facility
• Alternating weekly schedules between 48-hour and 36-hour weeks
• Overtime expected
• Background check with drug test required (CBRE Safety With Drug Test package)
