Position Overview

We are seeking an HVAC Technician with 2–3 years of hands-on experience. This role is ideal for a developing technician who is comfortable performing installations, maintenance, and basic service work while continuing to build advanced troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

  • Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of residential HVAC systems
  • Assist with light commercial service and installation projects
  • Diagnose common mechanical and electrical issues
  • Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and system adjustments
  • Install HVAC units, ductwork, refrigerant lines, and related components
  • Communicate clearly with customers regarding system status and recommendations
  • Maintain accurate service records and job documentation
  • Follow all safety procedures and company standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and skill development
Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • HVAC trade school, certification, or apprenticeship preferred
  • 2–3 years of field experience in residential HVAC
  • Working knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and controls
  • Basic troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • EPA 608 certification preferred
