Synergie Fresh Air LLC is looking for a Service & Installation HVAC Technician Specialist to join our team in Melbourne. This person will provide technical guidance and support to our business and customers.   Â
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, solid analytical skills, and proven problem-solving experience. He/she will use their interpersonal skills to communicate with customers and provide a solution to their technical problems quickly and professionally. Â
Responsibilities:Â
- Removing old systems
- Installing new systems
- Performing routine maintenance
- Training junior team members
- Communicating with clients and customers
- Ordering and maintaining equipment
- Meeting local HVAC codes
- Running pipe and duct systems through homes
- Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams
- Understanding refrigeration cycles
- Knowing how to interpret various technical data, such as pressure and temperature
Requirements:
- Three years of related technical support experience
- Technically savvy with strong project management skills
- Experience troubleshooting issues and achieving solutions
- The ability to explain to a non-technical person in a way they will understand
