We are looking for an HVAC Technician to join our team! You will install, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems.
Responsibilities:
• Install residential HVAC systems including heat pumps, furnaces, air conditioners, ductless systems, air handlers, and ventilation equipment
• Remove and replace existing HVAC systems
• Perform system startup, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning
• Install and modify ductwork as required
• Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and installation instructions
• Ensure all work complies with local building codes and manufacturer specifications
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Complete work orders, documentation, and job notes accurately
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Operate tools and equipment safely and properly
• Assist with permits, inspections, and quality control processes when required
• Participate in occasional on-call or overtime work if needed
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2+ years of HVAC installation and/or service experience preferred
• EPA Certification required (Universal preferred)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to troubleshoot HVAC systems and electrical components
• Experience with heat pumps, furnaces, ductless systems, and refrigeration principles
• Strong understanding of HVAC installation procedures and safety requirements
• Ability to use power tools, gauges, meters, and HVAC diagnostic equipment
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, and confined spaces
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Dependable, organized, and team-oriented attitude
• Washington State HVAC or related certifications are a plus
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with American Standard, Bosch, Mitsubishi, Carrier, Daikin, or similar systems
• Knowledge of heat pump rebates and energy efficiency programs
• Experience with smart thermostats and controls
• Sheet metal and duct fabrication experience preferred
