Performs inspections, testing, repairs, and planned maintenance of advanced and complex Heavy Commercial HVAC.

Essential Duties
• Service, Operates, Maintains and Troubleshoots more complex HVAC Commercial. • Coordinates work processes on large projects. • Performs disassembly and reassembly of large commercial equipment to perform troubleshooting and planned maintenance as indicated in the service agreement.
• Proficiently operates hand tools, power tools, gauges and measuring equipment. • Responds to Facility Service Work Orders from building occupants. • Collaborates with fellow technicians to maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and lighting systems. • Proficiently interprets blueprints and schematic drawings to ensure accurate troubleshooting and repairs.
• Completes all required paperwork timely and accurately. • Takes readings from nominal equipment and makes timely entry into appropriate logs. • Uses tools and equipment that are standard issue and do not need further calibration or adjustment, and keeps tools and work areas in a clean and orderly manner.
• Observes and complies with all company safety policies. • Uses required personal protective equipment while satisfying all work requests. • Works on and completes all facility team-based goals.
Minimum Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of HVAC service & maintenance experience. • Technical degree in related field is preferred. • EPA Universal license required.
