Job Title: HVAC Technician

Job Description:

We’re looking for a dedicated HVAC Technician with a positive, can-do attitude to join our team. In this role, you’ll:

• Serve as a client-facing professional, diagnosing and resolving complex HVAC issues on-site.
• Perform advanced repairs or replacements by identifying the root causes of system failures.
• Install air conditioning, heating, and ventilation systems with precision.
• Clean and maintain HVAC units to ensure optimal performance.
• Execute Highland AC’s scheduled Preventive Maintenance Program.
• Use a smartphone for dispatch software and seamless company communication.
• Manage inventory, track job costs, and handle invoicing for your assigned sites.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and professional.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Take pride in caring for your company vehicle and upholding a polished appearance.

Requirements:

• Personal HVAC tools and equipment.
• HVAC experience (required).
• EPA Type II Certification (preferred).
• HVAC Certification (preferred).
• Willingness to travel up to 50% (preferred).

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
