In this role, you will be responsible for executing daily work orders, performing comprehensive preventative maintenance, and managing new equipment installations. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in commercial systems, a knack for troubleshooting older equipment, and a dedication to maintaining a safe, collaborative work environment.
Requirements:- 5+ Years of Commercial HVAC experience
- Type 1 + Type 2 certifications
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Basic computer skills
- Experience with older equipment is a must
- Adheres to established policies, procedures, and all safety regulations
- Strong time management
Starting at $35 per hour
