Join our team as an Engineering Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective operations of the mechanical-related systems area.

How you will make an impact



+ Carry out company policy and duties as directed by the Facility Manager.


+ Supervise and train the engineering staff in the safe and efficient operation of the Central Plant and Energy Management Systems.


+ Responsible for the preventative maintenance and major maintenance of Central Plant Machinery.


+ Supervise and train the HVAC mechanics to do preventative maintenance, major maintenance, and emergency calls on all HVAC equipment campus-wide.


+ Responsible for the formulation and implementation of energy savings operations.


+ Formulate a “sequence of operations” to best utilize the central plant machinery.


+ Maintain proper and adequate inventory of spare parts.





What you will need



+ Minimum of 5 years’ experience in operation and supervision of multi-boiler and multi-chiller installations required


+ Knowledge of computerized energy management systems


+ Minimum of 2 years of Supervisory experience preferred


+ Stationary Engineer license preferred


+ Valid driver’s license is required if operating Community vehicles


+ AFE Certified Professional Supervisor (CPS) certification within one year of hire.


+ EPA 608 Universal certification within one year of hire.


+ NFPA 70E certification within one year of hire.


+ OSHA 10-Hour General Industry Certification within 1 year of hire





Compensation: Starting at 90k/annually based on experience
