NOW HIRING: WAREHOUSE MANAGER
Action Air Systems is seeking an experienced, organized, and safety-focused Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse and logistics operations in Manchester, Connecticut.
This hands-on leadership position oversees warehouse personnel and drivers while ensuring materials, tools, vehicles, inventory, and deliveries are managed efficiently to support our commercial HVAC construction and service teams.
Responsibilities
- Supervising warehouse personnel and drivers
- Coordinating shipping, receiving, deliveries, and driver routes
- Managing inventory, purchase orders, tools, and equipment
- Overseeing fleet maintenance, GPS monitoring, and DOT compliance
- Maintaining warehouse organization, facility upkeep, and safety standards
- Collaborating with project managers and field supervisors
- Providing backup after-hours support when needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Forklift Certification
- CT Drivers License in good standing CDL a plus
- At least three years of warehouse, logistics, inventory management, or related experience
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Commitment to safety, accountability, and teamwork
