What You’ll Do

• Run residential and light commercial HVAC service and maintenance calls
• Troubleshoot and repair gas furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners and related systems
• Perform electrical and refrigerant diagnostics, checking airflow, thermostat controls and overall system performance
• Explain findings and repair options in a clear, friendly way
• Document your work with notes and photos in our software
• Keep your company truck clean, organized and well stocked
• Pitch in on occasional install projects during slower seasons

Skills and Experience

• 2–3 years of residential HVAC service experience
• Able to handle most service calls independently, with minimal supervision
• Strong electrical troubleshooting and refrigerant circuit knowledge
• Professional communication skills with homeowners and teammates
• Clean workmanship and attention to detail
• Dependable and organized, willing to follow company processes
• Eager to grow into a senior‑level technician

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• EPA certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Basic hand tools
• Able to work in attics, crawl spaces and outdoor conditions
• Able to lift and move equipment safely
• Able to pass employment screening

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, typically 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Consistent 40‑hour workweeks
• Service area primarily within 30 miles of Youngsville
• Occasional adjustments during peak seasons

Pay and Benefits

• $28–$35+ per hour, based on experience
