Compensation: $26.00-$28.00 per hour base plus performance incentives

As an HVAC Service Technician Trainer and Field Coach, you will work directly with new and developing technicians through ride-alongs, technical coaching, call reviews, and structured training. Approximately 80% of your time will be spent providing hands-on field coaching, while 20% will focus on classroom support and technical development. Your role will center on improving diagnostic skills, customer communication, service consistency, and production standards while helping trainees develop into confident, independent, revenue-producing technicians. You will serve as both a technical expert and mentor, balancing active field involvement with leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• Strong residential or light commercial HVAC service experience
• Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting expertise
• Previous mentoring, coaching, ride-along, or field leadership experience preferred
• Excellent communication and accountability skills
• Ability to train, evaluate, and develop technicians effectively
• Strong organizational and performance tracking abilities
• Leadership mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
• EPA 608 Type II or Universal Certification required
• Ability to complete IAQ and SBE training within required company timeframes
