Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay: $29.00 - $40.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM start with a 1-hour lunch (overtime as needed)
What You'll Do:
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on residential heating and air conditioning systems
- Diagnose problems and provide honest repair recommendations to customers
- Deliver professional and friendly service on every job
- Work independently while being supported by a strong, team-oriented company
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Reliable with a solid work ethic
- Good customer service skills
Nice-to-Haves:
- 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- Universal EPA Certification
- HVAC Technical School training
- NATE Certification
- Own set of tools
- Familiarity with wiring diagrams and refrigeration
