HVAC Service Technician

Gore Heating & A/C is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our top-notch team! We've proudly served Fayetteville and the surrounding areas since 1978, providing exceptional residential and commercial HVAC services. What We're Looking For:

As an HVAC Service Technician at Gore Heating & A/C, you will be the backbone of our service team, handling diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs of residential and commercial heating and cooling systems. You'll work independently while ensuring our customers receive the best possible service and solutions.

Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour (Based on experience)

What You'll Bring:

• 2+ years of HVAC service experience (residential or commercial)
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with furnaces, AC systems, and refrigeration
• Ability to handle equipment, tools, and climb ladders safely
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• EPA Universal Certification

Bonus Points:

• Experience in ductwork/sheet metal fabrication
• Expertise in hot water piping installation
• Ability to design and lay out HVAC projects, from new builds to remodels
• Experience with high-end custom homes
