HVAC Service Technician/Installer - Benefits - NO nights or weekends!!

We are seeking a versatile HVAC Service & Installation Technician with a minimum of 2 years of experience. This role offers full cross-training between diagnostic service and equipment installation. If you are detail-oriented, technically skilled, and great with customers, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and install residential/light commercial HVAC systems.
• Work with AC, Furnace, RTUs, heat pumps, and mini-splits.
• Provide exceptional customer service and clearly explain solutions to clients.
• Follow written schematics, blueprints, and manufacturer specifications accurately.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years in the HVAC industry.
• Technical Skills: Proven track record with HVAC equipment
• Certifications: NATE Certification (current or prior) is highly preferred. EPA certification required.
• Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and comfort interacting with clients.
• Requirements: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
