Job Summary:
This role involves performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of residential and commercial HVAC equipment, including boilers and large units. Strong sales and communication skills are essential for providing value-added services to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on HVAC systems
- Serve as an expert or quickly become proficient in residential, commercial, and boiler systems
- Learn and adapt to new equipment and repair techniques as needed
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and accurately
- Recommend and sell additional services or system upgrades to customers
- Maintain a minimal callback rate on service calls
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- HVAC Trade School certification required
- EPA Certification (Type I & II or Universal)
- Clean and acceptable driving record
- Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, holidays, and overtime
- Sales and estimating experience is a plus
