Responsibilities:
What Will I Do?
Service and repair residential HVAC equipment, including air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, and related components
Perform routine maintenance and seasonal tune-ups to keep systems running efficiently and reliably
Diagnose HVAC issues and make necessary repairs to restore proper operation
Replace faulty or worn components such as motors, capacitors, thermostats, and controls
Inspect systems during service visits to identify potential issues and recommend preventative maintenance when needed
Communicate findings clearly to homeowners and answer basic questions about system operation and care
Work closely with dispatch, other technicians, and office staff to complete service calls efficiently
Follow all safety procedures and ensure work complies with company standards, manufacturer guidelines, and local codes
Qualifications:
Do I have What it Takes?
Must have EPA license.
Registration as a technician with TDLR is a requirement.
2 - 5+ years of experience in service, install, maintenance, diagnosing & troubleshooting, and correcting diverse HVAC system issues
Mechanical aptitude
Attention to detail
Must be able to follow directions and work independently
Type I & II EPA Certification or Universal Certification
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectation
TDLR Certified
Service Titan experience preferred.
