What You'll Be Doing
As an HVAC Service Technician, you'll:
- Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and service calls
- Troubleshoot electrical, airflow, and mechanical issues
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Make repair vs. replace recommendations when appropriate
- Complete jobs efficiently and correctly the first time
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience on every call

Qualifications
Preferred Experience
- 2+ years of HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Ability to read wiring diagrams
Additional Skills
- Understanding of airflow and air balancing
- Basic sheet metal knowledge
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with clean insurable record
- Willingness to take ownership and continue learning
