Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour (based on skills, experience, performance, and ongoing training)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (1-hour lunch) Alternating on-call schedule for 24/7 emergency coverage (some weekends and evenings required)
What You'll Do:
- Perform professional service, repairs, and maintenance on a wide variety of residential heating and air conditioning systems
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences on every call
- Provide valuable feedback to the Service Manager on technical training needs, inventory, and pricing

What We're Looking For:
- 2-3 years of hands-on HVAC service experience
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Strong troubleshooting skills across many types of equipment (heat pumps, A/C, gas, oil, geothermal, etc.)
- Experience making smart repair vs. replace decisions
- Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices and air balancing principles
- Ability to charge systems using superheat and sub-cooling methods
- CFC certifications (minimum Type 1 and 2)
- Advanced customer service and communication skills
- Willingness to obtain NATE certification and Low Voltage License within 2 years of employment
- A positive attitude and desire to take on responsibility and leadership roles
