Senior HVAC Service Technician

The Opportunity
Air-Flow Mechanical is looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team.
This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for a technician who can independently diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex commercial HVAC systems including boilers, chillers, hydronics, controls, and mechanical equipment.

What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC equipment
- Service boilers, chillers, pumps, and hydronic systems
- Troubleshoot controls, electrical, refrigeration, and mechanical issues
- Read wiring diagrams and schematics
- Communicate with customers professionally
- Complete service documentation
- Participate in on-call rotation
What We're Looking For
You may be a fit if you:
- Have 7+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
- Can work independently
- Have boiler, hydronic, or chiller experience
- Are comfortable troubleshooting controls
- Take pride in solving difficult problems
- Show up consistently and professionally

- Strong working knowledge of commercial HVAC systems regardless of manufacturer
