Key Responsibilities
- HVAC Service & Diagnostics
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light-commercial HVAC systems
- Service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, boilers, mini-splits, and RTUs
- Perform system performance testing and identify efficiency or safety issues
- Installation & Maintenance
- Install HVAC equipment and components in accordance with code and company standards
- Perform seasonal tune-ups and preventative maintenance on heating and cooling systems
- Interpret system layouts, schematics, and installation requirements
- Customer Communication
- Communicate clearly with customers about system issues, repair options, and recommendations
- Provide professional, customer-focused service on every job
- Document work performed, findings, and recommendations accurately
- Operational Excellence
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow all company safety standards and procedures
- Represent Pezz Heating & Cooling professionally at all job sites
Qualifications
- 5+ years of HVAC service and installation experience (residential and light commercial)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across heating and cooling systems
- Experience working with furnaces, condensers, heat pumps, boilers, mini-splits, and RTUs
- EPA certification preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
