HVAC Service/Sales Manager – Commercial Division

We’re seeking an experienced HVAC Service/Sales Manager to build and lead our commercial service department. This role combines leadership, operations, and sales—ideal for a driven HVAC professional ready to grow a team and expand service revenue.

• Develop and lead the commercial HVAC service department

• Drive service sales and consistently meet revenue goals

• Oversee scheduling, dispatching, and quality control

Qualifications

• Proven HVAC Service/Sales Manager experience

• Strong commercial HVAC knowledge

• Demonstrated ability to grow service revenue

• Effective leadership and communication skills
