- Oversee daily HVAC service operations
- Schedule and dispatch technicians
- Manage technician performance and workflow
- Support hiring, training, and coaching of service technicians
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
- Assist with troubleshooting and technical support
- Monitor inventory, equipment, and department efficiency
- Ensure safety standards and company procedures are followed
