Job Description
- Oversee a crew of field service technicians
- Conduct weekly meetings to implement/review service procedures and offer on-going training
- Implement field & office procedures to advance service department
- Identify and provide training opportunities
- Communicate/assist/follow-up with field technicians throughout the day
- Close out jobs directly with technicians while on site
- Ensure proper follow-up for on-going jobs (ordering parts, sending quotes, contacting customers)
- Assist dispatcher with scheduling throughout the day
- Ensure all jobs are being completed in a timely manner and within budget
- Conduct project site visits, as needed
- Review and prepare all closed jobs for billing by ensuring all tech notes are detailed and job costs are correct
- Assist with weekend/after-hours emergency service calls
- Assist in building a positive, healthy team culture
