Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead and oversee our commercial service department. This role is responsible for managing service technicians, ensuring high-quality maintenance and repair work, anddriving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and MENTOR a team of commercial HVAC service technicians
  • Ensure timely, high-quality maintenance and repair of HVAC systems
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and retention
  • Coordinate service schedules, dispatching, parts procurement, and equipment maintenance
  • Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support on complex HVAC and refrigeration systems
  • Ensure compliance with local codes, safety standards, and company policies
  • Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement within the service department
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in large commercial HVAC service management
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Extensive knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and refrigeration technology
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a deadline-driven environment
  • Proven ability to build accountability, pride, and performance within a team
