What You'll Do
Lead and support HVAC service technicians and office staff
Monitor service department performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction
Coordinate scheduling and resource allocation to maximize efficiency
Coach, mentor, and develop team members
Review operational metrics and implement process improvements
Partner with leadership to achieve department and company goals
Help maintain high service standards and a positive customer experience
Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and performance management
What We're Looking For
Minimum 5 years of leadership or management experience
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to motivate and develop teams
Experience managing schedules, workflows, and operational priorities
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Comfortable analyzing performance metrics and driving results
Experience working with P&L
HVAC industry experience is a plus
Experience with Service Titan is a plus
