Requirements
Experience & Education
5+ years of experience in HVAC service or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
High school diploma or GED required, technical certification or associate's degree in HVAC or related field preferred.
EPA 608 certification.
Technical Knowledge
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, service procedures, and industry best practices.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues effectively.
Familiarity with HVAC codes, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
Other Requirements
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
