What You’ll Do:

Lead & Grow the Service Department

Manage day-to-day HVAC service operations while driving revenue growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Build a High-Performing Team

Recruit, mentor, and develop service technicians, dispatchers, and support staff while creating a culture of accountability and excellence.

Drive Sales & Customer Retention

Identify opportunities for maintenance agreements, system replacements, and service growth while maintaining strong client relationships.

Oversee Operations & Performance

Monitor KPIs, technician performance, scheduling efficiency, and departmental profitability to ensure operational success.

Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience

Ensure every customer receives professional, timely, and high-quality service that reflects the AD Air Conditioning standard.

Develop Long-Term Growth Strategies

Help shape the company's future through strategic planning, process improvements, and scalable operational systems.

What You Bring:

5+ years of HVAC service management or leadership experience Strong knowledge of residential and commercial HVAC systems Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop service teams Experience managing budgets, KPIs, scheduling, and operational performance Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Strong understanding of customer service and sales-driven service operations Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
