Schedule / Expected Work Hours
Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts.
Typical hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM with occasional overtime or on-call rotation during peak seasons.


Job Summary
Walker Mechanical, a leading commercial HVAC contractor in Burlington, MA, is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician. You’ll handle service, maintenance, and repair of commercial heating and cooling systems while working in a supportive, high-performing team. Responsibilities
  • Service, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control issues
  • Wire low-voltage heating and cooling equipment
  • Install and repair refrigerant and gas line connections
  • Pre-measure and determine proper installation materials
  • Complete service/start-up reports and documentation
  • Mentor HVAC apprentices and helpers
  • Participate in ongoing technical training programs
Qualifications
  • 3–7 years of commercial HVAC service experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and blueprint-reading skills
  • EPA & OSHA certification required
  • Valid driver’s license with clean record
  • Refrigeration Technician license
  • Preferred: MA Sheet Metal 
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and safely work at heights
