What You'll Do
- Provide hands-on training and mentorship to entry-level technicians entering the trade
- Deliver ongoing development and advanced training to experienced technicians
- Serve as a technical resource for field personnel, offering real-time support and guidance
- Assist technicians with diagnostics and troubleshooting to ensure efficient, high-quality service
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of residential HVAC Service experience
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- EPA Certification required
- Strong trouble shooting skills to include electrical and mechanical systems
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Self-motivated, reliable, and team-oriented
Physical & Schedule Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs (with assistance)
- Comfortable working on ladders (10 ft+ including extension ladders)
- Knowledge of job site safety and tool use
- Flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends as needed
