The successful candidate will be a vital link between our technicians and clients, managing all service requests, scheduling, and dispatching activities. Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and dispatch HVAC service technicians based on service calls, urgency, and geographic location to ensure efficient utilization of resources.
2. Manage all service requests, ensuring they are scheduled and dispatched promptly and accurately.
3. Monitor the progress of each service call, providing updates to clients as necessary and ensuring customer satisfaction.
4. Maintain clear and effective communication with technicians, clients, and management.
5. Use dispatch software to track service calls, technician locations, and job completion status.
6. Collaborate with the service team to manage and resolve any issues or delays in service.
7. Maintain accurate records of all service requests, dispatch details, and technician schedules.
8. Work closely with the management team to forecast scheduling needs based on seasonal trends, technician availability, and customer demands.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Service Coordinator / Dispatcher or similar role.
2. Proven experience with dispatch software and basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with an ability to manage multiple service requests and schedules simultaneously.
4. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
5. Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to think quickly and make effective decisions in a high-pressure environment.
6. Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus.
