What You'll Be Doing (AKA Where You Shine)

• Own and manage daily technician schedules for maximum efficiency
• Dispatch calls in real time and adjust throughout the day
• Coordinate with customers on timing, updates, and follow-ups
• Schedule return visits and track parts availability
• Support technicians with job info, parts, and communication
• Maintain accurate customer records and service history
• Assist with light admin tasks (billing info, POs, parts ordering)

Bottom line: You keep the board clean, the techs productive, and the customers informed.

What Makes You a Fit

• 2+ years in dispatching, scheduling, or operations coordination
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar service industry preferred
• Comfortable using systems like ServiceTitan (or similar)
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills-you don't get rattled easily
• Clear, professional communication (phone + written)
• Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
• Solid working knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and scheduling tools
• Bonus: Familiarity with local geography or routing
