What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and service residential HVAC systems
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and system recommendations
- Identify water quality or plumbing opportunities during calls
- Educate homeowners and recommend the right solutions

- Competitive hourly base

- $30–$40/hr + commission
$80,000–$130,000+ total earning potential

What We’re Looking For
- HVAC experience required
- Plumbing or water treatment experience is a strong plus
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners and making recommendations
- Sales-minded with strong communication skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
