As a Comfort Consultant, you will receive company-provided leads, paid professional training, and the tools needed to succeed while focusing on what you do best: building trust, presenting solutions, and closing sales.

This is not cold calling or door-to-door sales. You'll meet with qualified homeowners, assess their comfort needs, present system solutions, and help customers make informed decisions that improve their homes. What You'll Be Doing:
Meet with homeowners through company-provided appointments, assess customer needs, build rapport, present residential HVAC system options, explain financing and payment solutions, and guide customers through the purchasing process. This role focuses on customer advocacy, relationship-building, solution-based selling, and ensuring customer satisfaction from consultation through close.

What We're Looking For:
• 2+ years of in-home sales experience
• Strong consultative sales ability
• Magnetic, customer-focused personality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong computer skills
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently
• Strong organizational skills
• Professional written and verbal communication

Preferred Qualifications:
• Residential HVAC sales or service experience
• ServiceTitan experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills
