Position Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Business Development - HVAC, the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for executing regional sales strategies and driving revenue growth across assigned U.S. territories. This role leads day-to-day sales execution within the region, ensuring alignment with national objectives while building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, manufacturer's representatives, and key regional customers across residential and commercial HVAC markets.
The Regional Sales Manager plays a critical role in expanding TCL's HVAC footprint by managing channel relationships, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring consistent product knowledge and execution in the field. The ideal candidate brings deep HVAC channel experience, strong leadership capability, and the ability to balance tactical execution with regional-level strategy in a fast-growing, dynamic organization.
