  • As a member of the HVAC Recruiting Team, you will have access to a well-established national client base to immediately begin working orders as you simultaneously build out your own base of business. Additionally, we have a dedicated Business Development Team who will help you as you build and grow your territory!   • As a member of the HVAC Recruiting Team, you will support Mechanical Contractors, Systems Integrators, Product Manufacturers and Distributors across the nation. You will provide recruiting services for a variety of positions, including Service Sales, Sales Engineers, Territory Sales Reps, Service Managers, Operations Managers, Project Managers, Estimators, Sales Directors and more.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of proven agency/staffing firm recruiting success in the HVAC space. Experience working with mechanical contractors, MEP firms, manufacturers, and distributors, filling roles such Service Sales, Sales Engineers, Territory Sales Reps, Service Managers, Operations Managers, Project Managers, Estimators, Sales Directors and more.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, strong work ethic, and a passion for building a career. We want you to be the CEO of your own desk, and OWN your success!
  • A friendly, relationship-minded personality, a desire to do right by your clients and candidates, and strong organizational skills.

Compensation:
  • AllSearch offers a base salary in the 55k - 70k/year range plus a very strong quarterly commission and bonus package. Recruiters in the Construction division can easily make $80K-100K in their 1st year in the business. $100k+year two and beyond. Most experienced Recruiters at AllSearch earn 6 figures, while top performers earn $250k-300K+.
