Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
(Occasional on-call or weekend work as needed)

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced HVAC/R Technician to join our growing team. This role focuses on local refrigeration and HVAC service for restaurants and commercial businesses within a 20-mile radius — excluding DC, Virginia, and Baltimore City. You'll perform installations, service, maintenance, and repairs while ensuring exceptional customer service and system performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial restaurant refrigeration systems

• Perform HVAC service and light commercial maintenance

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues

• Conduct preventative maintenance and system performance checks

• Recharge refrigerants and ensure EPA compliance

• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals

• Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with supervisors and clients

• Respond promptly to emergency service calls when needed

Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

• 3–5 years of professional HVAC experience

• 2–4 years of restaurant refrigeration experience

• Hands-on experience servicing:

  • Ice machines

  • Walk-in coolers and freezers

  • Line coolers

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (must be able to operate a company vehicle)

• Ability to climb ladders and lift/carry 50+ lbs
